At Harman Fragrances, we strive to deliver your scents seamlessly. Below are our shipping and return guidelines to ensure a smooth experience.


Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • Delivery Time3-5 business days via trusted carriers (e.g., Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo).
  • Free Shipping: Applies to orders over 1,200 TL.
  • Shipping Fees25 TL for orders below 1,200 TL.

2. International Shipping

  • Delivery Time7-15 business days (varies by destination).
  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes/fees.
  • Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination.

3. Order Tracking

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

1. Return Eligibility

  • Unopened Products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Opened Perfumes: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Discounted or promotional items are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

  1. Email Us: Contact harmanfragrances@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Ship Back: Send unused items in original packaging to:

  • Refund Issued: Once received, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
