Shipping Policy
1. Domestic Shipping (Turkey)
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
- Delivery Time: 3-5 business days via trusted carriers (e.g., Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo).
- Free Shipping: Applies to orders over 1,200 TL.
- Shipping Fees: 25 TL for orders below 1,200 TL.
2. International Shipping
- Delivery Time: 7-15 business days (varies by destination).
- Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any import taxes/fees.
- Shipping Fees: Calculated at checkout based on destination.
3. Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
4. Delays & Lost Packages
- Contact us at harmanfragrances@gmail.com if your package is delayed or lost. We’ll assist with carrier investigations.
Returns & Refunds
1. Return Eligibility
- Unopened Products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Opened Perfumes: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless defective.
- Final Sale Items: Discounted or promotional items are non-returnable.
2. Return Process

- Ship Back: Send unused items in original packaging to:

- Refund Issued: Once received, refunds are processed within 5 business days to your original payment method.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
- Email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace the item or refund you.
