1. General Terms

- Accuracy: Product descriptions and prices are subject to change. We reserve the right to correct errors.
- Account Responsibility: Keep your login details secure; you’re responsible for all account activities.
2. Orders & Payments
- Order Acceptance: Orders are confirmed only after payment verification. We may cancel orders for stock issues or suspicious activity.
- Pricing: Prices are in TL (TRY) and exclude taxes/shipping unless stated.
- Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and secure third-party processors (e.g., Trendyol Pay).
3. Shipping & Returns
- Shipping: Delivery times vary by location. Free shipping applies to orders over 1,200 TL.
- Returns: Unopened, unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Perfumes are final sale if opened (for hygiene reasons).
- International Orders: Customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content (logos, text, images) on our website is owned by Harman Fragrances and protected by copyright. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for:
- Allergic reactions or misuse of fragrances.
- Delays/cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters).
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use our products for illegal purposes.
- Resell our samples or promotional items.
- Harass staff or misuse customer service channels.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes will be resolved in Istanbul courts.
